Exosomes are nano-sized (30–150 nm) extracellular vesicles naturally secreted by mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Fully cell-free—with no DNA and no ability to replicate—they offer a safer, more precise method for delivering regenerative signals.

How They Work

Exosomes function as targeted messengers.
