You acknowledge that you are an independent healthcare provider or healthcare practice and are solely responsible for all patient evaluations, treatment decisions, informed consent, documentation, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and professional standards. Nothing contained herein creates an employer-employee, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship with ExosomesNow.

Product pricing, availability, shipping, promotions, and purchasing terms are subject to change without prior notice.
Compliance
You agree to use, market, and discuss ExosomesNow products in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer guidance, and accepted professional standards. You are solely responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for your patients.
Non-Circumvention
You acknowledge that ExosomesNow has established valuable relationships with its manufacturers, suppliers, and distribution partners. You agree that during your participation with ExosomesNow and for a period of two (2) years thereafter, you will not directly or indirectly contact, solicit, purchase from, negotiate with, or otherwise circumvent any manufacturer, supplier, or sourcing relationship introduced or made available through ExosomesNow without the Company’s prior written consent.
Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information provided by ExosomesNow, including but not limited to pricing, supplier identities, manufacturer relationships, purchasing terms, business practices, training materials, and other proprietary information.
You further agree not to disclose, share, or identify ExosomesNow’s manufacturer, supplier relationships, sourcing arrangements, or other confidential business information to any third party without prior written authorization from ExosomesNow.
These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of your relationship with ExosomesNow.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, educational materials, marketing content, and other intellectual property provided by ExosomesNow remain the exclusive property of ExosomesNow and may not be copied, modified, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
ExosomesNow is not responsible for your independent medical decisions or patient care. You assume full responsibility for the recommendation, administration, and use of any products purchased through ExosomesNow.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
